So disgusted…for all my downriver friends I would avoid eating at Pias on Ecorse. It’s always been one of my favorite restaurants. I just ordered to go and as I was sitting waiting for my order, I watched the “manager” take out 4 cannolis from the cooler. She used her bare hands and licked her fingers in between handeling each cannoli. After caring for so many devastated with Covid…..absolutely disgusts me that anyone working in the food industry would be so careless of others. I feel sorry for the employees working under her management who witnessed this behavior. Can we all just think of others and act in a professional manner! I don’t get it😡 I am reporting this to the health department
